I believe that quality mental health care should be accessible and transparent. My practice offers self-pay services, and payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. I do not accept insurance at this time. Affordable care is important to us. Sliding scale fees are available for eligible clients based on financial need.
About Janet Wright
I am a licensed Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI) and mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and Adult Education. I have a background in Adult Learning and Development, and Consulting. My clinical work includes supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with genuine compassion and encouragement. I draw from CBT, DBT skills, trauma-informed practices, and strengths-based techniques to help you better understand yourself, manage life’s challenges, and create meaningful change. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
