No one probably cares, but I miss going to the trinity, T.J Maxx, Homegoods, and Marshall’s. There was something so soothing about walking through the isles touching soft blankets, fluffy pillows, and smelling candles. Sigh! I have worked from home for the past five years, so that’s not a problem. Not being able to get out of the house after being inside all day is becoming an issue. However, I am going to do my best to maintain. I still manage to visit the grocery store for essential items.
Although this Coronavirus is a major disruption. During this quarantine I have started juicing, baked some shortbread cookies, made pancakes from scratch and cook myself breakfast just about every morning. So, that’s not so bad. I plan on finishing up my patio so I can at least sit out back as it gets warmer.
Whatever self-care looks like for you during this crisis, practice it. We will survive this!
